Deborah Kobylt: Miracle Pelayo

We all love a feel good story, and this is about as uplifting as it gets.

I first met model and actress Miracle Pelayo when she was an infant. I was working as a reporter for KCal9 News, and sent to cover the story of a little girl who was born so premature, that at some point she weighed just 14 ounces.

But she survived, and got in touch with me just this year, thankful for the story we did on her and her family. So we’re following up after all these years to hear about her personal journey from dealing with cerebral palsy to acting in a show on Nickelodeon.
Please join us for this inspiring story . Truly the meaning of a Happy Thanksgiving.
