Judy Wilkins-Smith wrote a book that I’d call a must-read: “Decoding Your Emotional Blueprint,” a guide to transformation by detangling multi-generational patterns.

Deborah Kobylt LIVE: Reena Vokoun

Reena Vokoun has done what so many of us have only dreamed about. She left her high-powered job at #Google and followed her heart with something close to her heart. She founded Passion Fit, a health, wellness, and fitness company that teaches healthy habits to everyone from corporate types to moms.

She’s a mom of two, married, and has written about the many ups and downs in her life, “The Wellness-Empowered Woman, Living A Passion Fit Life To Elevate Your Health, Happiness, Family, And Career.” Her story was deeply inspiring to me, because while she might look like she’s got it all, it sure hasn’t been easy to get to where she is. It took guts.

Deborah Kobylt LIVE: Christina Conte

Please welcome Christina Conte, creator of Christina’s Cucina, to our #LittleItalyPodcast, talking to us about Pomodoro San Marzano dell’Agro Sarnese-Nocerino DOP tomatoes. In other words, not all tomatoes are created equal, and this is the real deal.

Christina has dedicated her work to discussing Italian cuisine, ingredients, preparation, and even desserts, like the rhubarb bread pudding with orange custard currently you featured on her website. OMG! Today, we speak to her about the Pomodoro San Marzano dell’Agro Sarnese-Nocerino DOP tomatoes. In other words, the king of all tomatoes, a staple in any authentic Italian restaurant and kitchen.

A little background. The San Marzano dell’Agro Sarnese-Nocerino DOP has been growing for over 300 years in the Provence of Salerno. The tomato was a gift from the Viceroy of Peru to the Bourbon King of Naples back in the 1770’s, and it’s considered the best of the best because it grows in a Mediterranean rich volcanic soil saturated in potassium and phosphorus. It’s to die for.

Want to learn more? Join our show with Christina, and you’ll soon become an expert on these amazing tomatoes, too. Learn to cook with it, eat it, these tomatoes could very well change your life.

Our show is also released on #DeborahKobyltLIVE. Please find our interview on all video and audio platforms. And invite your friends, too🇮🇹

Deborah Kobylt LIVE: Mariana Noli

Anyone interested in protecting their business, listen up. We welcome to our show, #MarianaNoli, former president of the Italian American Lawyers Association Los Angeles, founder of NOLI IP & Women’s IP Today. Mariana is a brilliant attorney and provides counsel to individuals and corporations about trademarks, licensing, and all facets of intellectual property law both in the U.S. and abroad.

Mariana founded her own practice, and her interest remains protecting one’s own property and creation. This is particularly important for women, and we discuss how women need to protect not just the money they earn, but the intellectual property and what they have created in business.

We also discuss Mariana’s diverse background and Italian heritage, in addition to her leading the IALA, a group of committed lawyers of Italian descent. The group was created because she said back in the day, Italians didn’t always have the same opportunities as others in the community, so IALA was founded.

Please join me on #LittleItalyPodcast and #DeborahKobyltLIVE, where our show is simulcast. This show is of particular interest not only to Italians and Italian Americans, but women and anyone looking to grow and protect their business. Thanks for tuning in, and please invite your friends, too🇮🇹
