Deborah Kobylt LIVE: Peter Coyote

Actor #PeterCoyote has surely led an eclectic life, and the award-winning actor turned Buddhist teacher and advisor joins us to talk about his latest book, “The Lone Ranger and Tonto Meet Buddha.”

This is a unique look at how masks and improvised play can help us to relax and achieve inner peace, and Peter guides us through the steps to achieving inner zen so many of us crave but have no idea where to begin.

Peter is a #Buddhist teacher and instructor, and you may recognize him from his years as an award-winning actor in TV, film, and theater. Deborah Kobylt LIVE: Lucia Giardina

Please welcome to our show, #LuciaGiardina, entrepreneur, actor, and founder of #LuciasKitchen.

Lucia has an interesting story, and we start at the beginning, when she was a young girl, cooking with her mama and grandma in the kitchen. By age 12, she was preparing full meals for the entire family in Torino, Italy, and it was her family who encouraged her to jar her tomato sauce, and finally, she did. And here we are today.

Licia’s sauce is made from all fresh ingredients, just reheat and incorporate into your favorite foods. In fact, throughout our interview, she gives us the “secret sauce” so we can try to replicate at home. Lucia also shares with us her early Italian influences, what it’s like living and doing business here in the U.S., and also how she went from expert sauce maker to actor. We’d love to know!

Please join us on our #LittleItalyPodcast, reposted from #DeborahKobyltLIVE, hosted and created by me, another proud #Italian. You can find our show on all video and audio podcast platforms. And please invite your friends, too🇮🇹 #DeborahZaraKobylt
