Deborah Kobylt LIVE: Debbie Monteggia

Please join me in welcoming our guest, Debbie Monteggia, whose story is close to my own heart. Debbie is an interior designer and author who recently penned a beautiful book of poems, “Tears Of Change,” inspired by her life-long struggle with debilitating anxiety.

This collection of poems is personal to Debbie, who said the day she decided to tackle her anxiety head on, was when she discovered her true purpose in life. The poems in her book explore the many emotions we all encounter through our daily lives, and we’ll be diving deep into the feelings Debbie shares about her own struggles in life, and how therapy, an understanding family, and writing helped her finally tackle a life-long struggle with anxiety.

I hope you’ll join me as we read a few of my favorite poems, and some of hers, of course.

Please join me in welcoming Dr. Shapiro on our show, who will also be talking about her best-selling book, now out in paperback, “Hype: A Doctor’s Guide to Medical Myths, Exaggerated Claims and Bad Advice – How to Tell What’s Real and What’s Not.” Needless to say, we’ll be uncovering all sorts of truth vs. fiction when it comes to our health.
