Please welcome to our show, #LuciaGiardina, entrepreneur, actor, and founder of #LuciasKitchen.

Lucia has an interesting story, and we start at the beginning, when she was a young girl, cooking with her mama and grandma in the kitchen. Licia’s sauce is made from all fresh ingredients, just reheat and incorporate into your favorite foods. In fact, throughout our interview, she gives us the “secret sauce” so we can try to replicate at home. Lucia also shares with us her early Italian influences, what it’s like living and doing business here in the U.S., and also how she went from expert sauce maker to actor. We’d love to know!

Deborah Kobylt LIVE: Su Oh

Please welcome to our show today, Su Oh, Senior VP of Education, Exhibitions, and Community Engagement at the Natural History Museum in Los Angeles, currently showcasing the amazing #JaneGoodall exhibit, “Becoming Jane.”

I’ve admired Ms. Goodall my entire life, for her kindness, foresight in knowing all beings are related, her research, and of course her work as a woman in a field that often didn’t consider women in prominent roles. Jane changed all that. The #BecomingJane exhibit runs now through April, and features so much, from Jane’s research notes from the field, her pop-up accommodations, photos, never-before-seen footage from her time researching chimpanzees, stories about her childhood, and so much more, and we’ll talk about that.

We will also speak with Su about her work at the Museum, including working with schools, updating the outdoor-indoor experience at the Museum, the sold-out First Fridays seasons, Summer Nights in the Garden, Dino Fest, and more. And that’s a lot, especially without a dino-sized budget.

Please join me LIVE, and on demand on all video and audio podcast platforms of #DeborahKobyltLIVE. Thanks for tuning in, and RUN to visit “Becoming Jane” before it’s gone!

Deborah Kobylt LIVE: Marcela Benson

“Love, Peace, and Vegetables,” the title of this stunning book by #MarcelaBenson, which sets the stage for a marvelous discussion about how what we feed our bodies reflects in every way on how we move through the world physically and mentally.

The book is a stunning 444-page Bible of recipes, thoughts, photos, and more about mindful eating, cooking, and treatment of self. It’s about taking a moment to understand how we treat ourselves, and the fuel we need to be our best for ourselves, families and our communities. She also talks about her children, and how a healthy combination of foods helped heal certain ailments that some wanted to treat with pharmaceuticals.

I’ve interviewed many authors about their journeys with food, Marcela is someone I truly connected with from the inside out. Now, if only I could cook like her! Please enjoy our show on all audio and video platforms of #DeborahKobyltLIVE, and invite your friends too. We look forward to hearing from you. #DeborahZaraKobylt #health #food #vegan #lifestyle
